Documentation Initialize a pending documentation with a preset template

Seeds a pending doc with a polished demo: applies the preset's theme (colors, fonts, default mode), creates a single "Documentation" section, and injects 14 entries (3 top-level pages + 2 folders containing 3 and 6 pages). Welcome page hero image is the preset-specific asset. Transitions status to "generated". Used by the wizard's "Start from template" path.
